A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. Please be kind and keep in mind.......should a person schedule and not show...... that not only caused a lost of time and expense to the business but also prevents another person from having that time slot who may have really needed it.
After the multitude of cancellations and rescheduling that happened during the pandemic I took on a loss from every single person who could not or did not come in. If a typical person is sick they get pd to stay home and do not loose money. Their appointment is cancelled and I loose money. Think of how many people had to stay home due to waiting on testing or being sick. I appreciate the hundreds of clients I have. This career is my passion and without wonderful clients allowing me to let out my creative side to shape and color their hair I would be elsewhere and not as fulfilled.
Example-- If 2 hc ,color & foil clients say Sue and Jo "reschedule with 72 hour notice(no fee) to the next week that is 250.00 loss for that week. Unless in the short 3 days those 2 appointment fill in with others. This is not likely.
Think about it how many people say I want my hair done in the next three days. Most of my clients are not short notice schedulers those go to walk in places not an appointment based business. That money can not be made up. The week is over and the time and money loss is in the past.
You may be thinking well the business still gets the 250.00 the next week when Sue and Jo come in at their rescheduled time. So no loss. However there is a loss because I should have had Betty and Joan in my chair that week at the time of the reschedule. If you compare if the original appointments are kept i have the 250.00 for week 1 and because I did not have to do Sue and Jo week 2. I got Betty and Joan in at that scheduled time Sue and Jo would have taken.
A Fee of 15.00 is charged when cancelling a hair cut appointment less than 48 hours in advance. This is an appointment only based business.
A fee of 45.00 is charged for all color type appointment that are cancelled less than 48 hours.
How to Reschedule an appointment:
Contact Mikki via text/phone at 317-770-4207 and/ or email email@example.com. You will be asked to schedule a new appointment with a message in the comment box saying this is to replace the original appointment.
Return/Refund Policy: No refunds or returns will be given for services or retail products.
Free consultations and price quotes are offered before any service is provided.
Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Cash. Sorry, no checks. Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. Clients who frequently reschedule will be asked to prepay .
Open hours are by appointment only Monday thru Saturday.
